This Address book has been made from aluminium lined juice cartons (tetra packs) that can't normally be recycled. The cartons have been shredded and pulped into a strong hard board material which has been used for the reusable cover of the address contact pages.
This gives the book a very unique look, as the shredded foil pieces shimmer under light.
It has 24 pages with 48 sides that you can fill with up to 960 contacts of friends, work and family.

These items have been recycled by a UK based organisation know as Revolve. Revolve have set up a unique network that allows them to collect materials that can't normally be recycled. They do a fantastic job, as it prevents highly toxic waste from going into landfills or being burnt and discharged into our local atmosphere.

The Juice Carton material used in the manufacture of the Revolve products is a mixture of process waste from the production of new Juice Cartons, and post consumer waste (used Juice Cartons)
How are Juice Carton's processed?
Throughout the whole manufacturing process, the Juice Cartons are handled so that no other material is added, therefore ensuing that the polyethylene from the original Juice Carton mix may melt and act as a glue to bind all the pieces together.
What does it look like?
The coloured printing, the brown carton material, and the silver aluminum foil are all clearly visible in the finished board.
The Juice carton boards, which range from 4mm to 19mm in thickness are then either cut or die punched to create the Revolve range of products.
