A6 Notebook made from recyled plastic bags £3.99
These useful note books have been made from old plastic carrier bags. They have been pressed together to form a textured material rich in colour and random branded typography.
You can even play a guessing game as to what logo's and brands are mixed into the cover design. This creates a sense of story and individuality as no notebook is ever the same.
They are steel wire bound with 100 thick recycled pages for notes or sketches. The designs and colours will vary but if your looking for a particular colour please feel free to get in touch so we can find a close enough match.
Size 11 x 15 cm
Extra Info
These items have been recycled by a UK based organisation know as Revolve. They have set up a unique network that allows them to collect materials that can't normally be recycled. Revolve does a fantastic job, as they prevent highly toxic waste from going into landfills or being burnt and discharged into our local atmosphere.
A bit about Revolve
"Our mission at Revolve is not to save the planet - we'll leave that up to Miss World, but we do believe that we can make an environmental difference to the way people buy giftware and what they buy.
We hope that through our products we are raising awareness of the escalating need for the three R's - Reduce, Reuse & Recycle. We also hope that through the use of great design, we can create a positive interest in the recycling process and encourage the end user to think about ways of recycling for themselves.
Basically, we want to create products that are visually interesting, have a story to tell and spread the recycling message."
Did you know it takes over one hundred years
for a plastic bag to decompose in a landfill site?

Nearly everything we buy has at some point been in a plastic bag or wrapper. Most consumers actually recycle their plastics bags by using them again to carry something else or as waste bin liners, but the volume of non recycled plastics bags still proves to be a problem.
With this is mind, revolve takes used plastic
bags from a number of shops, local authorities and other industries and makes them into
sheets of recycled plastic bags.
