We always endeavour to reuse packaging and recycled materials in our wrapping!
These include:
- Reused packets, parcels and bubble wrap
- Recycled card and paper
- Bio starch packing
- Shredded waste paper packing
Sending
We will always do our best to send out your order on the same or next day, but in busy periods it may take us a little longer. If you have any special delivery requirements please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Overseas orders
We mostly provide service to the UK, however if you are ordering for a delivery address abroad please contact us at info@wow-wow.co.uk to arrange a delivery method and postage quote.
Split orders
Some of our bulkier/heavier products are shipped directly from the supplier. This means that any order consisting of stocked and drop shipped items will arrive to you in separate boxes and might arrive at different times. If this is the case, we will let you know via email or state this in the item description.
At the moment this includes: all Biofa paints, waxes and oils, all furniture, Solar Panels, Outdoor Lighting and most of our Eco Build range.
Packing and delivery charges:
We believe that there shouldn't be any hidden or unexpected charges, so this is how we calculate our postage costs, please note, the prices you see displayed on the site do not include delivery, unless expressly stated, this is added to your basket once you have proceeded through the checkout. You will not have to enter any payment details until you have seen the delivery costs. We will shortly be changing this system so you can see these costs up front before you buy:

Standard delivery
If you choose standard delivery, your order will be posted via royal mail second class, standard parcel or using a courier, depending on size and weight of the item and usually takes between 3-5 working days. A signature might be required, if sent via courier.
Priority delivery
If you go for Priority delivery your order will arrive within 1-3 working days after it's been posted.
Bespoke Orders
If you have commissioned a design to be made, i.e a piece of furnishing, we will contact you to let you know when it will arrive and which courier will deliver it. Delivery is free of charge for all bespoke items.
We are very proud of our hand made Eco-design selections, so we source trusted carriers to deliver high value items to your location.
Damaged or faulty goods
In the unfortunate event of an item that arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 48 hours from receiving
the goods. We will usually ask you to return the item via second class mail, which we will cover if the item is faulty.
We can then either replace the item or refund you to the credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.
